Life’s challenges—grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and major life transitions—can feel overwhelming. I help adults and couples find relief, insight, and lasting change. Whether you’re navigating loss, rebuilding after adversity, working on your relationship, or confronting painful patterns, therapy can be a powerful space for healing and growth.
With a graduate degree in philosophy and theology from Yale University and doctoral training in Counseling Psychology, I bring both academic rigor and real-world compassion to my therapy practice. My background in philosophy allows me to see beyond surface symptoms and help you explore the deeper patterns shaping your life. While I specialize in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship challenges, I also work with clients addressing identity questions, spiritual concerns, and religious trauma—offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process experiences that may have once felt unspeakable. My approach combines insight-oriented methods—such as Jungian, existential, and meaning-centered therapies—with evidence-informed techniques designed to help you clarify your values, build coping skills, and create lasting change. Known for my thoughtful and grounded presence, I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to help them feel relief from distress, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater well-being and wholeness.
